Gallery Gets New Point of Sale System
Artist Inventory System changes for Gallery and Gift Shop
Every ALFB member artist selling in the FBAC Gallery or Gift Shop will need training on the new Point of Sale system. We will be training 8-9 people at a time using Zoom videoconferencing software. When dates and times are available we will publish that information here.
Training: In order to accomplish our opening to the public, we need to begin where we left off, and that is with training on the new point of sale system. Don Golden will be providing training on:
Tuesday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the FBAC (in person)
Tuesday, June 30 at 1:00 p.m. (Zoom training).
Please plan to attend one of these sessions. You will be provided a link for the zoom session in the near future. If you cannot make this date, please let us know and a make up session will be scheduled.
Downloads you will need to use the new system are available here:

Other Gallery News
Our first day open to the public will be Friday, July 3. We will open initially for limited days and reduced hours. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, from 12:00-5:00 p.m. all three days. The gallery will close to the public at 4:00 p.m. to allow for cleaning and closing procedures at the end of each shift. Masks and social distancing will be required.
ART CHANGE OUT
There will be no art change out initially. You will be contacted about a change out in the near future.
Easels have been relocated in the classroom to allow for social distancing.
The front desk area has been marked to allow 6 feet around it as a reminder to the public to socially distance during purchases. The chairs have been moved to discourage close proximity for an extended period of time.
Masks will be provided at the gallery for anyone who does not have one, including members of the public.
Artists should wear a mask while in the presence of each other or a member of the public.
Sanitizing kits, including gloves, cleaners, hand sanitizer, etc. have been placed in four different areas of the gallery; the front desk, classroom, restroom area and kitchen. These are to be used frequently during the day and at the end of each shift.
